Pros

Only 2 days in the office, get to wear jeans, free drinks and snacks. 24 PTO, 2 Volunteer Days., Friendly people. Good pay and decent benefits

Cons

Self-service training approach with very few training materials! , No development program for cross-training roles or for a UA to get into Underwriting. Lacking collaboration and communication between departments. Very, very manual processes but working towards building systems.
