      Pros

      The culture is great. People are smart, they work hard, and they work as a team. Everyone is focused on winning and capturing the market opportunity in front of the company. The market opportunity is enormous and we are growing really fast. The growth also allows for a lot of new opportunity. The products are great. Customers are highly satisfied and love the company/product.

      Cons

      Fast paced. Based on the growth things are moving really fast, and they can change quickly. That can be fun, but it is also hard work and can be challenging.

      Exhilarating and exhausting - biggest opportunity in software

      Pros

      Enterprise is "hot" again, and integration is one of the biggest opportunity in enterprise software. MuleSoft seems to be in the right market at the right time, with the right products, and we are on a rocket ride of growth. The chance to be a part of a success story is exciting and a great potential resume builder. Everyone here is highly intelligent and the culture is collaborative. Everyone is generally pulling in the same direction, and there is relatively little in the way of office politics.

      Cons

      As with any high-growth startup, the pace can be intense. This is not a place for people who want to work a standard 40 hour week. Evenings and weekends are not uncommon. Also, as the company grows, some of the communications between teams is getting harder, and it's harder to get visibility into what others are doing.

      Pros

      The company has the following assets: - Blue Chip customer base - High bar on hiring - lots of very smart people to learn from - Drives an ownership culture (see problem, fix problem, don't whine) - Simple and gigantic market strategy, and has boiled it down to 3 key solution areas (the right ones IMO) - Product just 'bleeping' works (customers words, not just mine) - Execs seem to care about employees beyond just getting work done (feels family like)

      Cons

      - Company moves a 1,000MPH. It can be tough to hang sometimes and requires real commitment - It sometimes feels like there's gaps in the organization, and the expectation is to just 'figure it out' vs. well though out for you (many here see this as a 'pro') - Pace is driving a ton of change quickly, can be exhausting
