Pros

So many pros! Catered lunches, free beer, a global organization with the opportunity to travel and all the perks of a startup with the stability and security of a medium-sized company. The team is young, talented, WICKED smart, supportive, and dedicated to the MuleSoft agenda. Executive leadership is powerful, inspiring, visionary, and approachable. This company knows how to execute with excellence and exudes a work-hard, play-hard mentality. I am learning and growing every day.

Cons

Steep learning curve and long hours - the company expects quick learners and high-performers from the get-go. MuleSoft is stacked with A players and expects the same from all employees, new and old. Could be a con for some - personally, I believe it's a pro. MuleSoft's culture motivates and pushes everyone to their greatest potential.

Pros

The people are great. There's a strong culture in and out of the office, and the company is growing at fast pace, which is great opportunity for high-impact work.

Cons

The company is amazing, but there is some disconnect across departments. Of course, not all departments are the same, but it would be great to see some cross-department collab.

Pros

-strong vision that aligns well with current technology trends -smart, driven people -disruptive technology that works -loyal, enterprise customers that are quick to be Mule advocates -strong compensation -rewards performance -executive team that will work with you to bring value to your customers In Sales, compensation is typically a key consideration. Mule pays well but that only keeps you motivated for so long. Mule has disruptive technology and competes in a market that challenges you everyday. This makes for interesting projects and requires you and your colleagues to be very strategic.

Cons

You don't grow quickly without any pain: -product offering and market are expanding quickly which requires more staffing -high demand and aggressive goals can make it difficult to focus -can be very demanding... not necessarily a con
