There is a big show put on to candidates that displays an inspiring culture and great outlook for the company. It's half true; the company will most definitely do well- they provide a great service in a largely ignored market. The culture, however, is a farce. There is no 'start-up' feel. To get anything done, one has to through processes and chains of command that move slower than 2g. One is constantly micro-managed by VP's that are stretched to thin to do their own jobs as it is. You're expected to work 60+ hours a week, and if you don't, your dedication is put under scrutiny. They hire the same people, from the same colleges- there is no diversity in personality, color, or ideas. They constantly criticize their big name competitors, yet are fast moving in a corporatized direction that mimics them.
