Pros

OKAYish option for a remote job. (if you're looking for a temporary role)

Cons

Much lesser pay as compared to the global industry standard for remote profile jobs and a lot of day-to-day unsaid discrimination based on nationality. Left their employees stranded as soon as the pandemic hit and laid off A LOT of them immediately without prior notice or any severance package (a downside of remote jobs). A couple of minutes of call on hangout is what it took to lay off employees. Employees were left fending for themselves in middle of the pandemic. This isn't their first rodeo. They had laid off a lot of employees a few years back when they lost a big client "Booking.com". No further comments here. No more pointers on "Cons". You can easily figure out the rest of it on you own now. If you are looking for a temporary gig, go for it or else PLEASE STAY AWAY.

Pros

I was told that there are company retreats. Also, people are living all over the world and working remotely.

Cons

The pay for the position that required 200 hours a month was 600 dollars. There was no semblance of care for the employee, other than vague promises of retreats, advancements, and bonuses.

Pros

I left a job I loved to join Mozio and certainly had my doubts joining, but all of them have been laid to rest. I've had the chance to meet with CEOs and senior-level management at major companies, grow a team (and the business), and define processes to help grow the company. The team is incredibly talented and dedicated, and the flexible vacation / work policies (unlimited) help me organize my time effectively, without worrying about arbitrary face-time requirements.

Cons

We're still in start-up growth mode, so salaries aren't as high as companies like Google.
