      Pros

      Great Benefits, if you are a Motorolan. Very clean Facility.

      Cons

      Treat the contractors like a commodity. The production workforce is mainly all contractors with just a handfull of Motorola employees to lead the production area. Motorola is outsourcing more and more of its manfacuturing.
