Pros
Good to have the colleagues to discuss on all issues. Salary is not high but benefit is one of the best among the factory in Penang.
Cons
I am working for the project cost, the managements are very tight on the cost down to even 1 cent. Very stressful especially during the monthly review on projects. We have a deep dive and that is the night mare for all the project managers. The uniform is really old fashion, they should demolish the uniform that have the 30yrs old design. Always have night conference call and this make us like working from morning till late night.
