Very generous staff discount. Store environment. Support team at head office. Product is fun and accessible. It’s a really fun brand to work with. The product is quality and accessible to everyone. MV is a luxury brand and customers love it. My short time at MV I really respect the brand for its achievements. The company uses technology to get the best out of it’s productivity. It’s a young brand who are always looking at ways to learn. It’s a great place to work.

Cons

Staff turnover seams quite high. Sadly no fault of the brand. It trains people up and they leave. Most stores are in the London area and turnover is high because the job market is huge in London.
