Teribble pay, crappy mangers on power trips, and very little hours were given.

Pros

Modells is a small company that has great training for the assicates. They take pride on there customer service and assist the customer to their satisfaction. Customer service is the focus of everything we do.

Cons

Working 6 days in hot markets and long hour during hot markets without comp days or extra pay. Long hours and low pay is our main focus. Not competive enough for better pay and the turnover in associate and manager is high. Consent training to keep up with the rising turn over keeps the moral down. They need to raise the staring pay and give raise to their management as well as associates, We are the front line for the customers.
