      Pros

      The people are nice, the work environment is pretty fun and they schedule around your schedule. As long as you tell them ahead of time, they will give you pretty much whenever off. Also, you only need to call out an hour ahead of time (just don't do it often).

      Cons

      Too many stupid corporate regulations that don't address actual problems (e.g. stealing, inconsistent pricing and security tags, etc).
