there aren't any pros at all in this company, your only promoted to management if you stuck around with the company for a long time that way they already know you cannot find another job anywhere else and they can get you to work your b*tt off with a little salary as possible

Cons

little pay, no benefits, they expect you to do everything, no opportunities for advancement unless they are sure they can get you to work for minimal salary,

Great work environment, awesome, co-workers and management . They are able to work around my schedule which is great as a full-time student. We also get 20% off all full priced items.

Cons

The pay isn't that great.
