benefits don't kick in until after 6 months of being full time and they are poor, management is terrible at most stores, low pay, lots of responsibility. many night shifts

Cons

You do not get commission, they never have enough workers in the right area, they will change the schedule on you and not inform you, then write you up for not coming into work.
