Pros

Decent benefits. I think the work/life balance isn't too bad for retail. All retail works holidays, evenings, weekends, etc.

Cons

The company has no real strategy and sales are stagnant. Bonus money is small and hard to achieve. Low pay, even by retail standards. They carry fewer products all the time and I think that keeps people away because we don't have what they want and they can go to Sports Authority instead.

Terrible place to work

Pros

This is tolerable for a part timer who just needs a few extra bucks, but don't stay too long, and don't waste your time trying to make a career.

Cons

Poorly run, unpaid overtime, little to no bonuses, no free time, unprofessional upper management, questionable business practices at best. Oh, and don't count on a raise, because you'll probably never get one.

Pros

Had more responsibility than prev. retail management jobs my co-workers were great. Middle management not that great upper level management terrible.

Cons

They don't give raises, were extremely reluctant to close stores even after landmark malls were closing two hours prior. Each time they give managers and assistant managers "extra" days off due to holidays they don't have enough managers to cover the stores so if you get 3 days off one week the next week when another manager goes for their 3 days you work 6 days a week so basically you never get those days off.
