Corporate gives many small incentives to employees to work hard. Great environment and recognition to employees who go above and beyond.

Cons

As a cashier you'll probably start with minimum wage and you can only get a small raise after each completed year working there.

Good to meet people, works around your schedule, great job to start with when in school, hourly pay is fair.

Cons

Not a good place to growth if customer service is not something you like. Couple improve on item selection for customers. Company tends to lack in communication.
