Had more responsibility than prev. retail management jobs my co-workers were great. Middle management not that great upper level management terrible.

Cons

They don't give raises, were extremely reluctant to close stores even after landmark malls were closing two hours prior. Each time they give managers and assistant managers "extra" days off due to holidays they don't have enough managers to cover the stores so if you get 3 days off one week the next week when another manager goes for their 3 days you work 6 days a week so basically you never get those days off.

mandatory 6 day work weeks, poor communication from upper mgmt. No room for advancement. too much nepotism and playing favorites for promotions.
