      Pros

      Generally a really wonderful firm in big law to work for. Very altruistic and overall great company culture. My section in particular was dysfunctional, but overall a good place to work.

      Cons

      HR seemed pretty powerless to effect any change, no matter how egregious the behavior of individuals at the firm were.
