      Mintz Levin is a great firm to work at. it is very entrepreneurial and team oriented.

      Cons

      There really isn't much to complain about. If you can even call it a CON, it is hard to get to know everyone because it is such a big firm.

      Mintz Levin - Large Firm with a Small Firm Feel

      Pros

      Mintz Levin is a collegial and family-friendly large Boston-based law firm. Mintz has offices in the UK, Israel, D.C., NYC, San Diego and San Francisco, but Boston is far and away the center of things. The firm is filled with top-notch lawyers from a wide range of disciplines. An excellent place to work.

      Cons

      Along with big firm life come all of the usual cons of working at any law firm - billable hours, difficult clients, etc. These issues are somewhat mitigated by the quality of the people.
