      Warm culture, management appreciates their staff, friendly attorneys, opportunity for career advancement if you "make your mark"/impress, always plenty of work to do.

      Cons

      No upfront training as an entry-level assistant, sometimes the work felt it never ended, didn't feel that I was payed enough for all that I did at times
