Pros
Cannot think of many. The benefits were standard for a big firm. They still nickle & dime you, though.
Cons
(1) Management; (2) everything is politicized (I was actually told, "Your First Amendment Rights stop at the door.") (3) HR doesn't care about the employees, just the attorneys who bring in the billable hours; (4) they overburden their assistants in ways that would make people breakdown; (5) they told the staff that in order to allow fellow employees to remain in their jobs, that raises would not be given one year. That same year, they said they had a great year financially. Every day felt like I was walking towards the electric chair.
