-Good firm culture -Ability to wfh (for SOME roles)

Cons

-No education reimbursement -PTO is lumped into one and does not separate between sick, vacation, etc. -HMO is expensive

Pros

- Project Analysts are able to work on a very wide variety of projects during their two years. Whereas other BigLaw paralegal positions are restricted to certain practice areas, PAs can expect to gain experience all over the firm in both client-side work and pro bono casework. -PAs in the Boston office are able to take on unique responsibilities, such as supervising community service initiatives. -Incredible coworker cohort makes this a great team-based experience. -Excellent exposure to mentors across the firm.

Cons

-Salary is too low. This risks driving away competitive applicants who could easily earn twice the salary at other jobs. -Mintz should offer LSAT benefits to their PAs. -Firm leadership does not respond well to questions about diversity in hiring or in the workplace. -Very occasionally the work required of PAs is very, very basic, and would be more appropriately assigned to high-school or college-level interns.
