      Attorneys are knowledeable in their field.

      Cons

      Loud and terrible work environment. Toxic employees are allowed to spread their negativity and bad behavior and issues are ignored by management.

      Mintz Levin is a great firm to work at. it is very entrepreneurial and team oriented.

      Cons

      There really isn't much to complain about. If you can even call it a CON, it is hard to get to know everyone because it is such a big firm.
