      Having a job. My employees were great.

      Cons

      Everything else. This company will be gone soon. Don’t waste your time applying. Very corrupt methods. Extremely high turnover and nightmare Inventory issues. I think Inexperienced people are incharge of product, Inventory and shipping. They aren’t held accountable though because they are of Asian descent. If you are Asian, you will grow very far there.

      Pros

      This probably defers from store to store, but the culture at the store that I worked at was good. My manager was kind and encouraging whenever I made a mistake. My colleagues were also very accepting when I first joined, which made working there a lot easier.

      Cons

      Upper management does not care about you. There was a day when I, accompanied with 1 other colleague, had to unbox, update promotional prices, handle cashier + customer service and organise new stock during open shop hours. Before COVID-19, we would have an hour before opening to sort everything out so that it would not be as stressful. However, due to COVID-19, I assume finances are a bit tight and thus they do not want to spend more money on wages if they can help it. On top of that, as I am only a casual, I was only there to help my colleague for 3 hours before he was left to manage everything on his own. It resulted in a very extremely stressful day.

      Cute products, clean work environment

      Cons

      No advancement, no raises, very "clickish", don't appreciate experience, run by mostly arrogant kids, lots of foreign workers as company leadership in US instead of US workers'll
