Only pros: - cute stuff (not great quality tho) - discount - bonuses

Cons

- terrible management (local and area) - high turn over - does not care about the team, overworks them or under works them (gives them less contracted hours) - safety problems with delivery and stockrooms - not a sustainable brand with packaging in deliveries - doesn’t let workers have time off when they ask months or weeks in advance

The pay is as minimum wage as it gets, but if you work enough hours its decent

Cons

They never give you enough hours, I was earning around £400 monthly at times because of the 8 hour contract which was ridiculous and public transport took 1 hour of my pay each time
