High turnover for store managers. We had one store manager fired because of an accident at the store that was blamed onto the manager and the manager was told that she could either quit or be fired. Another store manager came in and was not properly trained fully. Lack of sales was blamed on the new store manager and they were fired after four months. Another store manager came in after and was fired after a month abruptly. Additionally, shift schedules were done almost weekly or bi-weekly and are not a good scheduling method for students or people with other things going on in their lives.

No respect for employees' opinions. Ask you to sign amended contract stating that you are entitled to no overtime payment months after the commencement of the position. Expand at the expense of employee 's physical and mental well-being. No regards to many local employment and safety regulations. Pay you minimally but expect you to perform like stars. Feel excluded if you don't speak Chinese. Change strategies and directions on a daily basis.
