Pros
Co-workers were fun to work with. The environment is fast-paced and you don't get stuck doing one task. Products are cute and affordable.
Cons
Complaints are ignored. Schedules are messed up. Upper management didn't know how to operate register and troubleshoot. Inventory sucked but we still get yelled at for doing poor in sales by upper management. Little to no benefits and no holiday pay. They have too many communication methods. Figure out which one you want to use and stick with it. Don't message employees when they are off the clock and expect them to reply. There is no work/life balance. Understaffed.
