Great store level atmosphere, bonuses and benefits

Cons

Bad upper management, nobody knows what they’re doing as they lack communication. Expect everyone in the store level to slave for the company. Assign tasks that are impossible to complete in a short amount of time.

There is no pros about working at Miniso.

Cons

Really bad management. Miniso does not have a proper way of communicating, they run the whole company through a chinese app. They don’t treat associates properly. The Area Manager and District Manager gossip about Management to either other Managers or associates. Really unprofessional. They don’t have an efficient way to train associates and Management. When something is done the wrong way, you will receive a call from the Area Manager or District Manager saying that this is not how we run the business, but refuse to offer further training. No work life balance unfortunately.
