A suitable place for professionals who are willing to be underpaid and patient enough to be bossed around by underqualified privileged "management".
A literal hell for fresh graduates and entry levels. They're not going to teach you anything because they don't know a thing, therefore incapable of being mentors, and they don't care about your growth as a person. Partly because they have been treated like robots in their own work culture, so they do the exact same thing to others even though we're not in their country. Social and cultural sensitivity is out of the door.
All they can offer is a workload that surpasses your pay & job descriptions in the name of "this is going to be a learning opportunity for you, so you can take this experience to get a higher position later in a better new job in other company." Yes, they're not even going to offer you promotions or pay increase if you're not one of their own. At least they're right about one thing: you're always going to find a better job than this, because this company is the worst.
I wish I had read the reviews sooner, because it seems like it's the same issues in every country they're in.
