Horrible upper management, always micromanaging and disrespectful. Verbally abusive, and treat their employees like they own you. There is ZERO work life balance, they expect you to be online on WeChat 24/7 even if you're not scheduled to work. The bullying culture in this company literally gave me highschool flashbacks, and that's coming from FULL GROWN ADULTS. Also, they will literally openly threaten to fire you if you defend yourself against this verbal abuse or stand up for yourself, even though you do so respectfully. Very crappy company to work at, they don't care about employees at ALL and will literally go out of their way to make your life/work harder. Such a disappointment because I loved shopping at this store.
