      Pros

      cover the international market, having the chance to travel abroad many times per year. Good platform to learn skills and professional knowledge

      Cons

      working pressure is higher. 1-2 hours of OT or work in the weekend is common with everyone. But no OT payment or additional leave.

      Pros

      There is a nice and friendly atmosphere. Local management is very supportive. There has been many interesting technical projects through the years.

      Cons

      The main disadvantage is that the R&D department will soon be closed. The atmosphere is therefore a bit depressing at the moment.
