      Pros

      Products are good, well built and meet the market needs. Mindray could be the world number one, in patient monitoring.

      Cons

      Far too much going on behind the scenes that are not only a health risk to employees but to patients too. Very poor middle and senior management in the UK who simply haven't got a clue, including HR. The whole setup is laughable. I pity those who take the step to join the UK business. You know when people are out of their depth when management tells a normal employee that you have to manage the manager. Why on earth are these people in these management positions?
