Below average managers, poor creativity, not comply to international business norms, self-centered decision making; Big ego issues for many high-level managers;

Big Company with a small company environment. Friendly people, always willing to help if needed.

Cons

Bought out by a Chinese company and coordination between countries is very difficult. Quality standards in China are much lower than on the American side. Made working on anything that originated in China very difficult

Great group of very hardworking sales team

Cons

Very few achieved sales plan due to unachievable sales goals . Every year management put more pressure on its sales force to pull in business . Many times customers would get angry with our pressure tactic which was not lead to a health long term relationship.
