This is a great organization. You're constantly learning and your peers and supervisors value your opinions. There are periodic personnel evaluations for which you are rewarded for good work. They are concerned about the welfare of the personnel. At the end of the day, the job is about helping people.

Cons

There are opportunities to progress within the organization once a person learns to manage a heavy workload and maintain attention to detail in your work.

Cons

Technical problems occasionally occur, but the organization has several IT experts who are always available to help.
