Decent place to work for those who like office envoriments

Pros

The company had reasonable opportunities for advancement in a variety of areas. Both sideways and upward advancement. Would also be ideal for those with other commitments, such as families, full-time study, other work.

Cons

For those who aren't office people this wouldn't be ideal and unlikely to be sustainable.
