The fish stinks from the head. CEO is a sociopath and liar trying to bully their employees at every chance. Directors and Heads are fully aligned with this situation. This is the place where hand clappers and yes sirs can rise, shine and take promotions. CEO and his “dream team” enjoy fancy benefits (cars, high salaries and weekend retreats) to keep mouths shut but complaints from low level employees will never be handled. During covid Managers are forcing employees to work more than 10hrs/day while they are declaring to the government 0 overtime. No work life balance, you are expected to work during weekends and outside working hours. No clear roles and responsibilities as you may end up doing the work of another person from another department literally. The CEO is a top bully with no professionalism either for work or personal choices. HR is there to listen to your complaints but since all decisions are taken from CEO it s like they are thrown to the garbage. The work environment is organized in silos and to sum up, you will face harassment such as verbal abuse, name calling, ignoring and excluding coworkers, intimidation and manipulation, cruel comments, unjust and harsh constant criticism, aggressive behavior, personal and offensive jokes, unequal treatment. I wouldn’t recommend this company not even to my enemy.
