      Pros

      I've been with Miele several years and I enjoy everyday I come to work. Miele always makes me feel that everything I do is valued. Down to earth leadership and our President know everyone's name and often joins us at team building events. I would certainly recommend Miele to my family.

      Little room to move up. Most employees in service have been here more than 10+ years.

      Cons

      Middle and upper management view is to ignore poor staff morale and toxic environments. Many people who have been there TOO long and will not change the way things are done.
