Pros

The employee discount exists, technically. But everything is so absurdly overpriced that it might as well be imaginary. Other than that? Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Cons

This place should come with a WARNING LABEL. There is NO growth, NO development, NO career path - just an endless treadmill of exhaustion and disappointment. Anyone who’s ambitious, intelligent, or has even a shred of self-respect will last about three months before realizing they’ve made a catastrophic life choice. Hard work means NOTHING here. A person could generate absurd numbers, bring in MASSIVE sales, carry the entire store on their back - and the company’s response would still be: “Thanks :)” That’s it. No bonus. No commission. No recognition. Just DELUSION from corporate pretending this is okay. Management? Imagine being strung along with fake promises, vague “changes coming soon,” imaginary raises, and phantom opportunities. They will hype up “exciting things on the horizon” while delivering absolutely NOTHING, year after year. Employees are treated like mindless background characters whose only job is to shut up, show up, and obey. The work-life balance is a JOKE. You think you have weekends? NO. You think you have evenings? NO. You think your schedule means anything? ALSO NO. Be prepared to be ON CALL 24/7, seven days a week, because “that’s just how it is.” The systems are prehistoric - genuinely museum-level artifacts. Outdated software from the 1980s controls everything. Every day is a comedy of errors, angry clients, unnecessary chaos, and corporate pretending none of it is their fault. The culture? A circus. A tornado of gossip, performative kindness, fake smiles, and people pretending everything is fine because they’re too tired to fight anymore. KPIs are hilariously unreachable - set so high that not even a superhuman could hit them - and even if someone somehow does, they STILL get nothing for it. And the salary? Looks fine at first glance… until you realize the company expects you to hand over your sanity, sleep, hobbies, personality, social life, and mental health in exchange. The math does NOT math. This isn’t a job - it’s a slow, soul-draining extraction of human energy. Every day feels like the rerun of the same nightmare. If someone has dreams, ambition, interests, or a beating heart, this place will grind them down into dust. EASIEST. ONE. STAR. EVER. If someone reads this and STILL applies… they’re walking into the lion’s den with a smile.
