There are no pros to this company. The positive reviews on here are fake. They make people put positive fake reviews on here so that true low rating doesn't come through. This is just one of the many aspects of the toxic and hostile work environment that exists at this place.
Cons
Toxic and hostile work environment, the president fashions himself after Trump, a man of low intellectual ability, a blow hard that surrounds himself with lots of "yes" men. He behaves inappropriately, and is a misogynist . The business is in the crapper, every decision made is horrible such as moving away from the independent dealer to the chain big box stores. The entire management team here in the US is terrified of the Germans that come from the home office. These clowns come up with fictional stories they know the Germans want to hear and fill them with lies. What I never understood is how the Germans eat up this BS, time and time again? No one at the US HQ in Princeton does anything and as a result no support area functions properly. There is no service, good luck if you purchased one of these Miele appliances and something goes wrong (and it will). You're better off watching a YouTube video and trying to fix it yourself then relying on their service support. We all make mistakes in life, mine was working at this place. Right now there are good paying jobs everywhere, stay far away from this toxic place!
