Pros
I like that as a retailer and an admin, it is a very relaxed environment. It is very understanding and technical for knowledge as we deal with appliances. Management is very understanding in different situations, so you have support in personal and professional matters.
Cons
The only thing I can think of is the salary, as we are sales advisors but not in the high street scenario; we should have more, as it is very stressful to have system knowledge, and you need to be very focused on what you know.
