Great way of life, you really feel like you are working with the Miele Family in every aspect of my daily job. Great discounts on new products. Great purchasing options for older products. Great working environment. Great fellow workers, who some I knew who were there for 30+ years. That is a sign of a good place to be! Rate CEO, Markus Miele BIG Thumbs up! Also to the Zinkann family!

None. Really, if I have to fill in 20 times 'none' 'none' because of the 20 word minimum I would. =]

Pros

For a large company, they continually focus as best they possibly can on employee engagement and motivation, with mostly positive results. Compensation and benefits are top notch, with generous side benefits such as great employee discounts.

Cons

Like most other companies, some divisions are run too lean, however this is a minor nitpick.

Nice working environment. Great products. Often allow partial work at home option depending on position. Have many different departments to work within. Values long term employment.
