Everything's a mess and its up to the tech to figure out all of it

at least the pay is great

Cons

You usually wont have a day off and you can expect 12+ hours days with every job being a time crunch, poor management, unsafe and broken equipment including lifts leaking hydraulic fluid and locks that don't engage.
