I was given a great flat rate pay. Very competitive to other locations

Business was so slow that though I made between $20 and $30 per hour, my take home pay was close to minimum wage.

Talking to techs is fun, they're usually pretty understanding if you don't know much about cars they'll explain it to you.

If the techs are bad, not much you can do to have the store do well.
