Cons

Your store will constantly be compared to stores in high-end neighborhoods that make a ton of money. You are told that if your store doesn't make a million a year you are dragging the company down.

Employer wants you to lie to the customers and charge them for stuff they don’t need and they expect you to perform some duties for no pay. I was fired because I would not lie to customers just to make them money.
