Nice salary and benefits. Enjoyed the colleagues that i worked with.

Cons

Upper Management was horrible and no HR as well so that makes things worse. You are told to book, book, book even when there a is only two techs in the shop. I do not recommend working here. The owner has no heart or soul for that matter to even care about the people that he works with. Shows little to no compassion making them a slave more less.

Long Days ~55 Hours/Week, Low Pay, VERY poor middle management. And Yes, those are the pros of this locally owned company.

Cons

Health insurance VERY expensive and with minimal coverage, No other benefits.
