I'm sure Midas as a company is ok. If they knew what their franchisees were doing with their name they would be disgusted.

Cons

Wage theft is written into the contract. You will be paid a "salary" and for any odd reason the owner will steal from that salary. The computers are down and you clock in two minutes late even though on camera you are 15 minutes early, well that will dock you. If he loses a customers paid receipt, well that will dock you too. In a 1.5 year span he went through 300 employees at that location.
