I got $10 an hour to work part-time, and my supervisor was a nice guy, and so was everyone else who worked there.

Cons

There were so many things to do, and it was very busy, sometimes the other people had no time for me., but I learned everything fast, so it wasn't really a problem

Each day is a different experience faced with new challenges that provide great opportunities to learn and expand knowledge. My position requires me to wear several hats in any given day - from Human Resource to Property Management to Financial Reporting.

Cons

Currently, the only factor that concerns me is the economy and the future of auto repair. Midas has become a leader in oil changes versus a leader in brakes and exhaust.
