I loved that family came first as long as you had your work done. You were trusted, and oppurtunity for advancements was always presented

Cons

like any places, favoritsm and rumors were a great time pass for people. I disliked that people couldn't grow out of it.

Pros

Some of co-workers are fun to work with/be around. You have 2 days off a week, sundays are a mandatory day off for everyone. Get to choose what day you wanted off when it came to Christmas and new years.

Cons

The GM is a total butt who cares about no one or nothing but himself! Doesn't care about any type of reason for anything that might happen. Its ALWAYS your fault. The owner never takes control of ANY situation at all when something comes up, the GM always jumps in the middle even if he wasn't part of it from the beginning. Corporate constantly tells the owner that NO ONE likes, gets along or feels comfortable around the GM and he still does nothing at all about it.

Fast paced environment that keeps the day moving fast. A lot of training is offered. Good environment to learn and apply customer service skills.

Cons

Low morale environment, poor benefits, little regard for employees, work schedule is grueling and consuming say good-bye to your weekends.
