The lifetime guarantees are honoured across North America.

Cons

The Franchisor only wants their royalties. They don't care about the franchisees and their employees. Midas always talk about relationship building with customers, but they do not believe in relationship building with the people and the staff in their repair shops.

everyone knows Midas, and the organization itself had a very family-like culture and support system

Cons

since being acquired by TBC the culture appears to have changed quite a bit
