Pros

There is none work here for over a year move up to assistant manager ad made the same the General services lube technician made.

Cons

Work life balance 50 + he a week. Not treated like a human. No benefits. You get vacation but it's .8 an hour per 35 hr worked so it take two years to get one week or 40hr vacation. They expect the techs to buy a scan tool and other tools you think a muffler and brakes shop should have, an example a pressure bleeder, scan tool, and any specialty tools

Pros

The lifetime guarantees are honoured across North America.

Cons

The Franchisor only wants their royalties. They don't care about the franchisees and their employees. Midas always talk about relationship building with customers, but they do not believe in relationship building with the people and the staff in their repair shops.
