None this place was awful and full of lies even the manager was disgusted with the owner and felt bad for us techs not making any money ever.

Cons

None they make it nearly impossible to make flat rate. They hook you buy saying your going to be paid a high wage flat rate and $10 contractual but guess what you will never make flat rate

Learn good life skills training. Decent pay. Some on going training which helped. Upper management and main office were always trying to help. SOME customers were unreasonable and a bear to deal with but my bosses were supportive.
