It's a company in multiple locations.

Cons

Way to much paper work that u don't get any pay for on every car that comes in. So then u can't have any good turn around hrs. Do to having to fill out paperwork exactly how they want when u can wright it all done in a third of the time.

Hours, Good Sales Experience, Good Area, Low Stress, Area for growth, Great work life balance, great coworkers and awesome/loyal customers.

Cons

Multiple Pay Discrepancies, Poor Ownership, Goal for Bonuses was ever moving and rarely attainable, the owner didn't use the ROwriters sales percentages for pay and bonuses.
